Located east of Battersea Road and north of Kingston Mills Road, you will find custom-built, detached, executive homes with large heavily treed lots. Close by you will find Hemlock Downs Park Rink, Edenwoods Park, Kingston Mills, And Kingston Mills Veterinary Clinic. East of Colonel Lake you will find some more affordable older single family homes on Code Street and surrounding areas.
Where Hwy. 15 and Kingston Mills Road meets you will find a mix of newer and older homes with prices for everyone. More upscale homes in this area sit on waterfront property facing Colonel Lake. This area consists of bungalows and two-storey homes. Close by there is a church, Catholic school, gas stations, Kingston Mills and convenient access to the Hwy. 401 and Rideau Acres Campground.
