Barriefield Village

This historic settlement high above the Cataraqui River dates back to 1815 and was designated a Heritage Conservation District in 1979. A limited development of upscale homes mixes with heritage, limestone buildings. Berriefield Rock Gardens and walking paths in the village offer outdoor recreation.

Greenwood Park

Buyers have a wide range of choices in this family-oriented development, just minutes from Kingston’s downtown. This community is still growing and offers single family homes, both two-storey and bungalow. Construction started in the 1990s.
